“I Miss Mohbad” – Peller Gets Emotional As New Hairstyle Reminds Him Of Late Singer

Popular Nigerian content creator and streamer, Peller, has paid an emotional tribute to the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

In a video making rounds on X, Peller said his new hairstyle bears a striking resemblance to the late Afrobeats star, which triggered memories of him.

According to him, he used to listen to Mohbad’s songs a lot back when he was still working as a carpenter in Ikorodu, Lagos.

He also spoke about how much potential Mohbad had and what his career could have become if he were still alive.

In his words:
“My new hair makes me look so much like Mohbad. I really miss Mohbad. I wish I was already big then, we would have streamed together and by now Mohbad will be big like Zlatan with several luxurious cars. I used to listen to Mohbad very well when I was still doing my carpentry work in Ikorodu.”
His comments have since sparked reactions on social media, with many fans agreeing that the hairstyle looks like Mohbad’s signature look and sharing how much they still miss the singer.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, but his music and legacy continue to resonate with many young Nigerians.
