Speaking about an upcoming event, he expressed frustration over his inability to attend a blockchain conference scheduled to hold in London next week.

According to him, the need to apply months in advance and provide numerous documents makes it difficult for many Nigerians to seize global opportunities.

In his words:
“I’ve missed life-changing opportunities because I have a Nigerian passport. There’s a blockchain conference in London next week, but I know I can’t attend. I’d need to apply for a visa months in advance and submit countless documents.”
His statement has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many Nigerians sharing similar experiences about visa restrictions, while others argued that proper documentation and proof of home ties can make the process easier.
