Nollywood Actress Omotunde Ogundimu Appeals for Help Amid Cervical Cancer Battle
Nollywood actress Omotunde Ogundimu has made an emotional appeal to Nigerians for financial assistance as she continues to battle cervical cancer.

The actress disclosed this in a recent interview with her colleague, Biola Adebayo, shared on social media. In the tearful interview, Ogundimu revealed she has been undergoing treatment for cervical cancer since 2024 and is finding it difficult to fund the next phase of her care.

Speaking about her health struggles, she said the treatment has come with painful side effects.
“I have been battling cervical cancer since 2024. The treatment I received also have side effects such as my buttock hurting me when I go to urinate,” she said.
An emotional Ogundimu added: “I just want to be okay. I am exhausted. I want a peaceful life.”

She further pleaded with the public for mercy and support, noting she has exhausted all her options.
“I plead with Nigerians to have mercy on me. I still need to be treated, pls have mercy on me. I don’t know who to call and where to get money from again. Please just help me.”
Her appeal has since generated reactions online, with fans and well-wishers praying for her quick recovery.
