Wumi Toriola Gets Emotional Over YouTube Channel Setback
Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has opened up about the challenges she is facing with her YouTube channel, Wumi Toriola TV.

The actress made the disclosure in an emotional video on social media after fans noticed her absence and questioned why she had stopped uploading new movies.

According to Toriola, her channel is currently experiencing serious technical issues that have prevented her from posting content. She explained that she had tried to handle the situation privately and stay strong, hoping to fix it without making it public.

She noted that the channel means a lot to her because of the bond and fanbase she built with love over time, and the situation has been difficult for her given the effort she put into growing the platform.

Toriola clarified that she is not blaming anyone, nor attributing the issue to blackmail, reports, or trolls. She admitted she has cried privately over the development but had promised herself not to break down in public, adding that the situation is now taking an emotional toll on her and she needs hugs and strength from her supporters.

In her words: “We can’t post because we are having technical issues. I have been strong for the longest… The same channel we built together with love is undergoing serious technical issues… Y’all know how hard I built that channel. I have cried in private… it’s taking a toll on me.”
