Nathaniel Bassey Left Speechless As Pastor Jerry Eze Gifts Him Car For 45th Birthday
Gospel music minister Nathaniel Bassey has been left in shock after his close friend and fellow clergyman, Pastor Jerry Eze, surprised him with a brand new car to mark his 45th birthday.

The ‘Hallelujah Challenge’ convener took to his social media pages to share a video capturing the emotional moment he received the gift. In the clip, a visibly stunned Bassey could be seen repeatedly asking who was behind the surprise.

In a heartfelt caption accompanying the video, Bassey admitted he was still speechless hours after the gesture.
“This is how God, through @realjerryeze made me feel yesterday – SPEECHLESS. Pastor Jerry THANK YOU, SIR. Still stunned,” he wrote.
The gospel singer revealed that the surprise was carefully planned behind his back, with Pastor Jerry secretly teaming up with his wife.
“Normally I keep things like this private, but not this one. I want to share this. Woke up yesterday just desiring a nice, easy day of gratitude to God. Unknown to me, my brother and friend @realjerryeze had this holy coup ongoing with my wife,” Bassey shared.
He added that when his wife suggested a particular car model, Pastor Jerry insisted on getting the very best for him, reportedly saying, “My brother can’t drive that.”

Bassey also disclosed that this is not an isolated act, as the founder of Streams of Joy International is planning similar generous gestures for other people.
“Pastor Jerry, not only has he done this for me. I know of a couple of other ones like this He is currently planning. The man gives like his life depends on it. And I’m here to publicly say THANK YOU, PJ – You know, even if you never do this, I’d still love you the same.”
