Netizens Drag Yul Edochie Over Video With Father, Pete Edochie
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has triggered a wave of reactions on social media after posting a video with his father, veteran Nollywood legend Pete Edochie.

Yul, who has been relatively quiet on social media in recent weeks, returned to share a heartwarming clip of himself and his father. In the video, he expressed admiration for the veteran actor.

He captioned the video: “My man, anytime and any day.”

Shortly after the post went up, the video started generating mixed reactions in the comment section. While some fans praised the father-son bond, many others accused the actor of using his father to launder his image.

Several users claimed it was a damage control move amid his ongoing marital controversy with his estranged wife, May Edochie, and his second wife, Judy Austin.

Some of the reactions read: “Na your papa you wan use do damage control” and “You think if you post your papa we go forget everything?”

Yul has remained in the spotlight since 2022 following his second marriage to actress Judy Austin, a decision his father publicly said he was not in support of.
