Woman Jokes “Let’s Paint Dangote Trucks Pink” After Buying Shares
A Nigerian woman, Peace Ighodaro, has joined the viral trend of Nigerians jokingly claiming to be shareholders of Dangote Industries after buying small units of the company’s shares.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), she tagged billionaire Aliko Dangote and offered a playful business suggestion for the company.

In her post, she wrote:
“Mr Dangote, since I invested and co-own Dangote Industries Limited, I’ve been thinking of ideas to move our company forward. I think we should paint all our trucks pink. It’s cute and catchy 🥹💖 What do you think sir?”
Her post comes just hours after a similar joke went viral, where another man called for an emergency “board meeting” with Dangote after he saw a Dangote truck parked without a driver.

Peace’s pink-truck idea has since triggered more funny reactions, with other users also claiming to be co-investors and suggesting different colours for the fleet — from blue and red to black and yellow.

Reactions like “Una don enter wahala for this thing” and “Una wan turn Dangote industry to Barbie” have flooded the comments.
