Singer Fave Slams Anonymous Admirer Over Disappointing Flower Bouquet
Nigerian singer Fave has called out an anonymous admirer after receiving a flower bouquet she described as disappointing and poorly presented.
In a video shared on social media, the ‘Baby Riddim’ crooner expressed irritation over the gift, criticising both the quality of the flowers and the fact that the sender chose to remain anonymous.
According to Fave, the bouquet came with a handwritten note that was not on a proper card, which further annoyed her.
“Somebody sent me a bouquet of flowers, and I feel irritated because this is the bouquet, and the craziest thing about it is that the person decided to be anonymous. They didn’t even write their name on the card,” she said.
“They wrote this little note for me, and it’s not even an actual card. Look at the paper it was written on. Are you kidding me? You want to be anonymous? Where is the motivation to want to know who this person is? I actually do not want to know who you are.”
The singer also pointed out that no one had contacted her afterwards to confirm if she received the flowers, adding that the gift was not impressive enough to make her curious about the sender.
“Why would you send me this, and the craziest thing about it is that nobody has messaged me to ask if I received the flowers.”
Fave ended with a warning to admirers, stating that she should not be sent flowers unless they meet her standards, and if they must send a low-effort gift, they should at least reveal their identity.
